    Shipping Times

    (Updated March 2020)  Our online store is still open for orders 24/7 but our warehouse will only be shipping on Wednesdays and Fridays.  This will put back our normal lead time from 1-2 days to about 3-5 days.  Thank you for understanding!     Shipping Costs (Free for Most Orders)*

    We pride ourselves in offering free shipping within the lower 48 Continental United States. 

    Because of their bulkier sizes, some larger rocks require an additional shipping/handling charge to cover the cost of the extended transportation time.

    Please contact us for details on shipping outside the Continental United States.

    Return Policy

    In the event that you have to return your product(s), please e-mail us and let us know and we will make the process as seamless as possible for you.  As a result of the nature of shipping and handling rocks, there is a 15% restocking fee on all items returned.
